Light Up The Life Of A Refugee Child

The St. Mary’s Jazz Ensemble, Varsity Ensemble, and Senior Handbell Choir will be featured at a Charity Concert, Light Up The Life Of A Refugee Child, to be held in our Multi-Purpose Hall on Nov. 10 beginning at 6:30 p.m. They, along with music and dance ensembles from Seisen and The British School in Tokyo, and artists from International School of the Sacred Hear, will present a Gala Concert to support the activities of Refugees International Japan.

All proceeds are dedicated to the Refugees International Japan’s educational projects for displaced Syrian refugee children to fund needed books and school equipment, and for refugee children to safely attend pre-school in Lebanon.

The concert donation is ¥3,000 for adults and ¥1,500 for students. Tickets for our St. Mary’s community are available through Mr. & Mrs. Stenson or members of the Jazz Band, Varsity Ensemble or High School Handbell Choir.
