Academics

Curriculum Philosophy As a Catholic international all-boys school, the curriculum at St. Mary’s reflects our Guiding Statements and a focus on the whole child.  Our standards based curriculum is developed using the Understanding by Design approach, guided by a Curriculum Review Cycle process for renewal, and examined for horizontal and vertical alignment in grades RP-12 through mapping.

Students acquire the knowledge, skills, dispositions, and creative ability to move along the developmental arc from inquiry, to passion, to purpose.  We seek to find the intersection between each student’s learning, their individual needs, and the needs of the world.
