Summer School 2024

It’s time to get ready for Summer School 2024. St. Mary’s offers a summer school program full of fantastic opportunities for learning and fun. Summer School runs for fifteen days, Monday through Friday, starting on June 10 and ending on June 28. We have many excellent courses at all grade levels including exciting new options.

Registration opens on Wednesday, February 28, at 9 a.m. through our ClubsBuddy platform. Each family will need to make a new account, which can be created now on ClubsBuddy; it will take up to 1 business day for your ClubsBuddy account to be verified by the school, after which courses will become available for enrollment. You can link all your children through the same account. Follow this video for help on how to do this. Courses have limited enrollment so apply early; they are open to everyone on a first-come basis. Both girls and boys ages 5 and up are welcome to join.

Once you book your courses and pay by credit card that is your confirmation of a seat. By April 1, courses may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. If you are impacted, we will contact you. A schedule of the courses for which you have registered is available through your Clubs Buddy account. Please be reminded that there is no discount for partial summer school attendance. Students may still attend for only one or two weeks, but the tuition fees for Summer School will remain unchanged due to the operational costs of running Summer School.

We have a terrific program waiting for you again this summer. If you have any questions about summer school, please email them to summer@smis.ac.jp. Welcome to Summer School 2024!
